Co-led the transition that brought Call of Duty’s media operation inside Activision. Built the governance, dashboards, and reporting loops that allowed the internal team to plan spend, launch experiments, and close the loop on performance without waiting on an agency. Those systems are still used to keep the media engine responsive to the product roadmap.
